1st Round Bay Pairs 2016 Whakatane

Hi All,
Sunday 17th April saw the first round of the 2016 Bay of Plenty Pairs, being Hosted by the Whakatane Contract Bridge Club.

There was a slight incident at the start that saw us revert back to manual scoring for the first session of the day, it was lucky that Reit remembered where some old scoring sheets where stored. A massive thank you goes to the Dynamic Director (Norm Silcock) who had the problem solved before the second round and the room back to electronic scoring.

Cynthia's sample cardsCynthia's sample cardsIf you are anything like the Taupo Bridge Club, you will be frequently sending out get-well cards, sympathy cards, and the odd special birthday or thank you card as well. So rather than buying commercial greeting cards, Taupo buys a selection of lovely handmade cards from Cynthia Clayton so they always have greeting cards on hand when needed, while at the same time are supporting youth bridge.
