Waikato-Bays Intermediate League Finalised

Joanne Swanick and Judith HowardCongratulations to Joanne Swanwick and Judith Howard from Matamata Bridge club who held on to their lead today, playing at Cambridge, in the eighth and final session of this year’s Intermediate Championships. Carol Crowfoot and Sabrina Peters from Thames took second place with Derek and Frances Rankin from Taupo in third place. Prizes totalling $1080 for the Leagues were presented by Michael Neels to the top ten players. Places 7-10 were awarded to Beth and Arthur Mann from Waihi, and Ted Cliffin and Barbara McFarlane from Thames.
